Silvana is the real estate broker of CASSA Realty Group. With more than 14 years of experience in real estate, she has helped buyers, sellers and investors getting the best deals in Southeast Florida. She specializes in pre-construction developments and luxury properties in Miami and Fort Lauderdale surrounding areas.

Silvana holds a marketing and business administration degree from California State University as well as having extensive real estate education required to obtain and maintain her brokerage license. In addition to her education, her skills in negotiation and her caring personality have been helpful for her real estate career and beneficial to her clients. She consistently educates herself and her team on the latest trends and news in real estate.

When helping her clients buy and sell their properties, she refers them to the top local real estate professionals, such as real estate attorneys, title companies, appraisers, inspectors and mortgage brokers. She is her client’s real estate advisor and prides herself for being always on her client’s side guiding them through the real estate transaction with honesty and fairness.
